Dr. Lauren Weitz is a 2005 graduate of Marquette University School of Dentistry. After practicing in St. Charles and Elgin for the past eight years, she recently opened a new office in Bartlett. Dr. Weitz provides high-quality dental care for the entire family in a relaxed and friendly environment. Her gentle and caring nature puts both adults and children at ease.

You can be assured that she will take the time to listen to your concerns and provide an individualized treatment plan that will accommodate your busy schedule and your financial situation. In addition to examinations and cleanings, Dr. Weitz offers a variety of procedures including periodontal therapy, tooth-coloured restorations, crowns, bridges, veneers, implant restorations, dentures, root canals and extractions.

Dr. Weitz is passionate about good preventative dental care for adults and children. She feels strongly about paving the way for a healthy mouth from a young age.
“It is so rewarding when parents tell me that their children look forward to their dental appointments. When children have positive experiences and good preventative dental care they may be able to go through life with a healthy mouth and a positive attitude about dentistry. This is something many adults struggle with. It is my top priority to create a comfortable environment for all of my patients. It is very exciting for me when I connect with fearful patients and help them achieve the healthy and beautiful smile that they always wanted but were too afraid to pursue.”

Dr. Weitz resides in Bartlett with her husband and three children. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Illinois State Dental Society, the Chicago Dental Society, and the Elgin Dental Study Club, of which she served as president for the 2012-2013 year. She enjoys running, reading and trips to the park and zoo with her family.
